The slicer of Idaho Steel is used to size potatoes for processing. By slicing the whole potato, blanching time and product waste are reduced.

Potato Chips Slicer (Regular) – PO-1 is a compact slicer with a capacity of 400–500 kg/hr, made from SS 304 and aluminum. Powered by a 0.5 HP motor, it is ideal for making slice, stick (lachcha), ruffle, and V-shaped chips with adjustable thickness.

The DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer offers a turnkey approach to processors. Available in 3 different models: DiversaCut 2110A Standard Dicer, NEW DiversaCut 2110A with Conveyor Discharge, and DiversaCut 2110A (LPI) Large Product Input.

This machine is used for reducing into flakes or granulation for further processing.

Potato Chips Slicer (Heavy Duty) – PO-3 is a high-capacity machine (700–800 kg/hr) made from fully SS 304 and bronze, equipped with a 3 HP motor and variable speed drive.

These Banana Chips Slicers are designed for efficient slicing of banana chips in various shapes and sizes. Both models feature adjustable thickness for customized chip cutting.

The Flo-Cut® Model 360 cutting head is designed for use in large volume watergun systems, or with the Urschel Model VSC Cutter. This unit can be integrated into watergun systems and offers fast, easy cutting head replacement for changing knives or sizes of cuts.

Tummers Cutting line Switcher is a stainless steel, industrial switcher for changing cutting blocks either automatically or manually, and without interrupting your production. They can be Operated with a front-mounted touch screen.

Sprint 2® Potato Dicer - 1/8 to 1" (1.6 to 25.4 mm) dices and pieces such as 1/8 x 1 x 1/8" (3.2 x 25.4 x 3.2 mm) from cooked product. Input product dimension should not exceed 6.5" (165.1 mm) in any dimension.

Kiremko KnifeGuard is an innovative knife identification system specifically designed for the Quadra Invicta hydro cutter. As the knife blocks and matching alignment tubes in this system are monitored and maintained each day, valuable process information can be obtained.

Exclusively designed by Urschel to assist Urschel CC Slicer customers, meet the new production-proven RockRepeller™ Impeller. Rocks and stones in potato processing cause lost production time. Urschel now offers a patent-pending impeller that uses centrifugal force to filter out rocks.

The standard E TranSlicer Cutter (ETRS) accepts firm products up to 4" (101.6 mm) in diameter or leafy-type, compressible products up to 6" (152.4 mm). Interchangeable 20" (508 mm) diameter stainless steel cutting wheels reduce products with great precision and efficiency at high capacity.

The Model VSC produces a wide range of segments, slabs, or rectangular strips. Several different cutting set-ups are available including standard heads, Flo-Cut® Model 360 heads, and Velocicut® heads. The Model CCL slicer produces lattice cuts of varying thickness. Both sides of the slice have crinkles, with the crinkles on each side of the slice running approximately 90° to each other. Uses involve lattice potato chips and thicker potato waffle fries.
