Umatilla potatoes are a late season maturing potato that are great for baking, boiling, hash browns or frying. Appearance: long and large with yellow skin and white flesh. Indeterminate, larger plants with large vines (stems) that are vigorous growing and spreading, with later maturing potatoes.
