The Kloppenburg WiBo palletiser range offers modular flexibility, making it suitable as a stand-alone solution or as part of a fully automated packaging line. Designed to adapt to available space and seamlessly integrate with other machines, the WiBo is ideal for modern agricultural and industrial packaging operations.
How it works:
Bags (e.g., potatoes, onions, or other produce) are transported via a drop and feed conveyor to a roller feeder with integrated elevator. The rollers flatten each bag before the elevator lifts it to the stacking position. A special gripper system then places the bag precisely onto the pallet. Each layer is supported by a filler edge that moves upwards as stacking continues. Once the pallet is full, it can be discharged manually or automatically.
- Capacity: up to 600 bags/hour (max. 900 bags in specific setups)
- Stacking height: up to 2.3 m (including pallet)
- Versatility: handles jute, net, and plastic bags, plus crates and other packaging
- Flexible design: available in different models to suit all layouts and production requirements
- Integration-ready: easily combined with other packaging line equipment
The WiBo TPV model is especially known for its speed, stacking precision, and adaptability, ensuring stable pallets and efficient handling of diverse packaging types.
