Kufri Ratan (MS/14-1381) is a medium-maturing (90 days), high-yielding (37–39 t/ha) red-skinned table potato variety. It produces dark red, ovoid tubers with shallow-medium eyes and yellow flesh, has a yield advantage over existing red varieties, and offers excellent storability under ambient conditions.
