In today’s food processing industry, innovation means more than just using advanced machines—it’s about finding smart ways to handle real challenges. Natural Storage Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (NSSPL) has once again proven its expertise by successfully setting up a 1 Ton Per Hour (TPH) fully automatic frozen French fries processing line on the western coast of India. What makes this project special is that it was completed in a small area of less than 800 square meters, without compromising on quality, safety, or hygiene.

This project went beyond machinery installation—it was about precision planning, customized engineering, and end-to-end problem-solving. From initial design and fabrication to on-site installation and final commissioning, every phase was handled in-house by NSSPL’s expert team. The challenge was to fit the entire frozen French fries production process—from raw potato receiving to final packaging—into a compact layout, while maintaining the high throughput and quality standards NSSPL is known for.

NSSPL designed and manufactured all key components including the receiving elevator, conveyors, cutting and grading units, blancher, dryer, fryer, and tunnel freezer. For specialty products, a spiral freezer was also integrated. Each element was engineered to optimize space usage while ensuring seamless operation and energy efficiency without compromise the quality.
