Pepsico said tuesday that it agreed to acquire Brazilian snack company Comercio de Doces Lucky Ltda for an undisclosed sum, in order to boost its growth prospects in Brazil.

Lucky makes a variety of snacks, including the popular Torcida and Fofura brands, which together account for most of its revenu
