Holm Potato Farm is an Ontario-based potato farming enterprise that produces seed potatoes and table potatoes for the Canadian potato industry. The farm, located in Elmwood, Ontario, grows, harvests, and supplies registered seed potatoes to commercial potato producers throughout Canada and the United States. In addition to seed potatoes, the farm produces table potatoes, corn, beans, and wheat.

The Holm family has been farming in Bruce and Grey Counties since 1874, and the potato division expanded in 2000 under Duane Holm's direction.
