Aviko Gansu – Minle County Production Facility is Located in the heart of China's premier potato-growing region, Aviko Gansu represents a landmark collaboration between Aviko B.V.—one of the world’s leading potato processors—and the local government of Minle County, Gansu Province. Established in 2008, this joint venture has evolved into a state-of-the-art production hub for high-quality potato flakes and granules, serving both domestic and international markets. 

Strategically positioned near the fertile Qilian Mountains, the facility leverages optimal climate conditions and abundant local potato resources to ensure consistent, premium-grade raw material supply. With cutting-edge European technology and rigorous quality standards, Aviko Gansu specializes in producing dehydrated potato products widely used in instant mashed potatoes, bakery ingredients, snacks, and ready meals.

Over the years, the factory has undergone significant expansion, including a recent 70% increase in production capacity, reaffirming Aviko’s long-term commitment to China and broader Asia-Pacific growth. The site’s next phase, expected by 2027, will introduce a new flake production line, further enhancing its ability to meet surging regional demand.
