Products are fed in by the stable conveyors with automatic product buffering. Once the manipulator with centering flaps places products precisely where they need to be, the horizontal formation doors compress them into a stable stack. While the machine finishes one layer, it begins forming the next interlocking layerto rapidly create flawless, consistent stacks – time and time again. The machine includes a user-friendly touchscreen and intelligent software.
