This unit evenly sprays oils or oil-based solutions onto products in-line. It delivers precise, repeatable spray patterns with single-panel control of air pressure, pump speed, and feed rate. The result is improved yield, reduced waste, and simplified cleaning and maintenance.

The tna intelli-flav® CLO 3 oil and flavour spray system enables the accurate application of oil and injected flavour – or just oil – requiring no mixing tanks and leaving minimal flavour residue.

Coating Pan is a stainless-steel machine used for coating namkeen, fryums, chips, and snacks with masala, chocolate, or seasonings. Available in 20 kg (CP-24) and 35–45 kg (CP-36) capacities, powered by 1–1.5 H.P motors.
