Food & Hospitality Malaysia (FHM) 2025 is Malaysia’s premier trade-only exhibition for the food, beverage, and hospitality industries, taking place from 23 to 26 September 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

Organized by Informa Markets Malaysia, this 18th edition brings together global leaders, innovators, and professionals under one roof to explore the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable solutions shaping the future of food and hospitality.

This year’s event is set to occupy all 11 halls of the KLCC, featuring over 1,500 brands and exhibitors from more than 15 countries. FHM 2025 serves as a dynamic platform for chefs, hoteliers, restaurateurs, distributors, and foodservice professionals to connect, exchange ideas, and discover cutting-edge innovations. The exhibition emphasizes innovation, quality, and sustainability, with a strong focus on cultivating future-ready solutions for the evolving needs of the industry.

Among the key attractions are dedicated zones such as the Brew & Bake Hall, International Signature Hall, and Malaysia Pastry Week, which will host prestigious competitions like the World Pastry Cup – Team Malaysia National Selection and the Pastry Innovation Lab. Visitors can also experience the Coffee Mixology Challenge – Zero Proof, Culinaire Malaysia, Housekeeping Malaysia, and a series of Trend Talks highlighting the latest in culinary art, hospitality management, and technological advancement. 

In addition to the exhibition floor, FHM 2025 will host FutureFWD, a conference program focusing on sustainability, digital transformation, and emerging consumer behavior. The event also integrates social responsibility initiatives such as the Food Share Program, designed to reduce food waste by redistributing surplus products to local communities.
