With precise, overlapping product placement and customizable vertical compression, this machine delivers top-tier, consistent stacking. Equipped with a pallet dispenser, roller conveyor, and inspection platform as standard, the V-Stack 640 will take your productivity to the next level.

Products are fed in by stable conveyors with automatic product buffering to ensure a constant flow. Once the manipulator with centering flaps places products precisely where they need to be, the horizontal moving formation doors compress them to create a stable stack. While the machine finishes one layer, it begins forming the next interlocking layer to rapidly create flawless, consistent stacks – time and time again. The machine includes a user-friendly touchscreen and intelligent software.
