Santana is a medium-sized, oval potato with light yellow flesh and smooth skin. It has a dry matter content of ~20–22%, making it ideal for producing crispy, golden French fries.

The Gerona potato is a medium-late, high-yielding baby potato variety with round-oval, yellow-skinned and yellow-fleshed tubers, producing 20–40 per plant. Gala has bright yellow skin and medium yellow flesh. It also has a very long period of rest and it is commonly grown for fresh market.

The Belana potato is a high-quality, early to medium-maturing table potato variety, known for its smooth, light yellow skin, pale yellow flesh, and firm, waxy texture. It is ideal for boiling, steaming, and making potato salads due to its low starch content, which helps it retain its shape during cooking.
