Anuga FoodTec India 2026 is the 20th edition of India’s leading trade fair for food and beverage technology. It is regarded as the most important platform in South Asia, bringing together global leaders, innovators, and decision-makers from across the food processing, packaging, automation, and sustainability sectors.
The event will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Goregaon East, Mumbai, India. It will be organised by Koelnmesse Pvt. Ltd., one of the world’s most renowned trade fair organisers.
The fair will be open for visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 29 and 30 September, and from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 1 October. Exhibitor timings are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the first two days, and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the last day. Stand build-up begins on 26 September and dismantling concludes by 2 October.
Anuga FoodTec India 2026 will showcase the entire value chain of food and beverage technology, covering processing, packaging, ingredients, food safety, automation, intralogistics, and digitalisation. Special focus will be on sustainability and intelligent automation, which are shaping the future of the food industry.
The exhibition is designed for manufacturers, suppliers, buyers, and professionals from the F&B industry who are looking for cutting-edge technologies, business networking, and growth opportunities. It will run alongside Anuga Select India 2026, creating a strong synergy between technology and food products in one venue.
Participation is open through both bare space stands (minimum 18 m²) and built-up stands (minimum 9 m²), giving exhibitors flexibility to showcase their innovations. The fair will also host knowledge sessions, live demonstrations, and discussions on future trends in the food industry.
