Simplot and Himalya International form Joint venture in India
Himalya International India &J R Simplot Company, USA have signed memorandum of understanding to form joint venture in India.
The JV will market Himalya's frozen French fries, breaded &battered appetizers and snacks.
Simplot will also provide technical assistance for growing specialty potatoes and processing of all products.
