Klanten van frietkramen in Zaventem kunnen zich vanaf maandag naast frieten en vlees ook een groentesnack aanschaffen die kok Frank Fol speciaal ontwierp voor frituren. Het gaat om een initiatief van het regionale gezondheidsoverleg Centrumlogo en de frituuruitbaters van Groot-Zaventem. Ook Navefri, de organisatie van frituuruitbaters, steunt het initiatief. Indien de resultaten positief uitvallen, wordt de groentesnack in heel het land gelanceerd.
