Agristo, a leading Belgian potato processor with six global branches, will invest USD 450M in its first North American facility in Grand Forks. Construction starts 2026, with production set for fall 2028.
Agristo continues negotiations with stakeholders in North Dakota to build a first production plant in the United States.

Cavendish Farms plans USD 150 million investment in Jamestown potato processing plant
Cavendish Farms is planning a nearly USD 150 million investments at its Jamestown potato processing plant. Breaking ground in spring 2025 is an USD 100 million expansion that will increase the annual production capacity from 410 to 450 million pounds.
