Sherman is a mid-early variety with an excellent taste and high percentage big tubers. It is very suitable for baked or jacket-potatoes. It grows large yields of big tubers that make it extremely suited to jacket or baker potatoes. This variety is being produced and is coming soon for the Tesco Finest Baker Range. Round oval in shape, light yellow skin and flesh. Also has good resistance to late tuber blight.
