Resistances
Libra has strong resistance to potato cyst nematodes (PCN), including Ro1/4, Ro2/3, Pa2, and Pa3, and it is also resistant to wart disease types F1, F2, and F18. However, it is moderately to highly susceptible to several other problems:

- Alternaria (early blight): moderately susceptible
- Common scab and powdery scab: moderately susceptible
- Spraing and Yntn virus (tuber necrosis): quite susceptible
