Kufri Chipbharat-2 (MP/15-651) is a high-yielding (35–37 t/ha), early maturing (90 days) processing potato clone for chips. It produces white-cream, ovoid tubers with cream flesh, has 21% dry matter, good chip colour, low reducing sugars, and offers excellent storability and wide adaptability in both northern plains and southern India.
