Camillo is a second-early, high-yielding seed potato variety with bright yellow skin and light-yellow flesh. It’s ideal for table use (boiling/steaming), stores well, and is highly resistant to late blight and Rostochiensis nematodes. Best suited for organic farming and warmer regions, but not ideal for chips or fries due to low dry matter.
