The Wave Group (Agriculture)

The Wave Group (Agriculture) based in Uttar Pradesh, India, the organization aims to modernize the cultivation of important crops such as sugarcane, potato, and peas by giving farmers with new agricultural techniques, quality fertilizers, precision equipment, and financial support. 

Agristo Masa Pvt Ltd (a 50:50 joint venture with Belgium's Agristo NV) maintains a modern potato processing facility in Bijnor that produces dried potato flakes and frozen french fries.

Over 2,500 local farmers receive agronomic instruction, high-yield seed varieties such as Chipsona and Lady Rosetta, soil testing, mechanization, and crop diversification. 

Wave Group and Agristo have invested an extra ₹750 crore in a new fry line, bringing the total investment to over ₹1,000 crore. Production began in 2022 with an initial capacity of ~7,500 tpa, and is expected of reach 80,000 tpa within two years.
