Heartland Potato Chips is a New Zealand potato chip company producing potato chips from potatoes grown on the Bowan family farm in South Canterbury. The company operates a vertically integrated "from paddock to packet" model, growing, processing, cooking and packaging its potato chips in its New Zealand-owned factory in Timaru.
