Chase Distillery is a British distillery founded by William Chase after building and selling the Tyrrells potato chips business. The company became known for producing potato-based vodka using potatoes grown on the Chase family farm in Herefordshire, later expanding into gin and other premium spirits made from farm-grown ingredients.
