Company Description

Aviko Xilinhot, officially operating as Aviko (Inner Mongolia) Food Co., Ltd., is a key part of Aviko’s strategic expansion in China’s rapidly growing frozen potato market. Located in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia, this facility was established through Aviko’s acquisition of a local French fries producer, Hongyuan Louis, in 2020.

The factory boasts an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons and is supported by modern infrastructure, including advanced potato storage, cold storage facilities, boiler systems, and wastewater treatment plants. With approximately 170 employees, the site blends local expertise with Aviko’s global standards of quality and innovation.

In December 2022, Aviko Xilinhot launched production of flour-coated French fries, marking a significant step in product localization tailored to Chinese consumer preferences. The company is actively investing in expansion, with a second-phase project underway to add a new frozen French fry production line capable of processing 15 tons per hour, expected to be operational by early 2025.

This facility exemplifies Aviko’s commitment to meeting China’s growing demand for high-quality frozen potato products while driving local economic development and sustainable manufacturing practices.
