Description
In December 2015 Gillenkirch installed a new and advanced potato line in Hevel-Maon Enterprises, one of the leading organizations in Israel.
The new potato line is designed to run up to 30 tons an hour, with great flexibility using the newest technologies available. The customer focus was in flexibility and labor savings. To ensure that, the first two new generations Newtec Celox potato graders were integrated in the new line, enabling the customer great flexibility and minimizing the labor.
Using 3D detailed drawings, along with several design reviews, ensured installation on schedule meeting the customer expectations and satisfactory.
The line includes washing, accumulation to bunkers and boxes, grading and movable conveying system to the packaging area. An additional attention was given to accessibility for maintenance and hygiene, meeting the highest standards as set by the customer. The new line will be operation in March 2016.
